Job Position – Housekeeping & Check-in Specialist

Requirements:
-Previous experience in housekeeping or holiday homes operations preferred
-Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
-Basic communication skills in English required
-Well-groomed, polite, and guest-friendly attitude
-Ability to manage check-in/check-out processes smoothly
-Own visa preferred
-Immediate joiner preferred
Responsibilities:
-Ensure apartments are cleaned, prepared, and maintained to high standards
-Handle guest check-in and check-out professionally
-Conduct property inspections before guest arrival
-Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams when required
-Ensure smooth guest experience throughout their stay
-Report damages, missing items, or maintenance issues promptly
