About the job
Our client is a Federal Government Corporation, looking to hire an HR Admin for a 1 year extendable contract who can join immediately. You will be reporting to the Senior HR Manager.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as HR Assistant or HR Admin role in the UAE.
- Powerpoint and Excel knowledge is a must.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and HRIS or HRMS.
- Can prepare letters in Arabic.
- Knowledgeable with UAE labor law and employment regulations.
- An understanding of HR functions.
- Strong organizational skills and has the ability to prioritize important projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Arabic is a MUST).
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to the Senior HR Manager
- Organize and maintains personnel records
- Updates internal HR databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
- Prepares HR documents (e.g. employment contracts, new hir guidelines, etc)
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
