About the job

Our client is a Federal Government Corporation, looking to hire an HR Admin for a 1 year extendable contract who can join immediately. You will be reporting to the Senior HR Manager.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience as HR Assistant or HR Admin role in the UAE.
  • Powerpoint and Excel knowledge is a must.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and HRIS or HRMS.
  • Can prepare letters in Arabic.
  • Knowledgeable with UAE labor law and employment regulations.
  • An understanding of HR functions.
  • Strong organizational skills and has the ability to prioritize important projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Arabic is a MUST).

Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support to the Senior HR Manager
  • Organize and maintains personnel records
  • Updates internal HR databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
  • Prepares HR documents (e.g. employment contracts, new hir guidelines, etc)
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
