Job Position – HR Admin Assistant
Company Name – Al Jaber Gallery
Location: Dubai
Hiring for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive HR Admin Assistant to support our growing HR department.
What You’ll Do:
-Handle employee onboarding, documentation & file management
-Assist with work permit applications and coordination
-Maintain HR systems (Zeta HRMS) and ensure data accuracy
-Manage employee insurance processes and passport handling
-Coordinate with department heads and ensure HR compliance
-Support in generating HR letters and contract renewals
What We’re Looking For:
-Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
-Excellent communication and administrative abilities
-Prior experience in HR operations is a plus
-Knowledge of UAE labor laws & HRMS systems (Zeta preferred)
