Job Description
Pharmacy group to join team and support the day-to-day activities of our main office.
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts, licenses
– Gather timesheet from sites and calculate overtime if necessary
– Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves – Update HR databases (e.g., new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
– Coordination with PRO team for all licensing, renewal and visa processes
Requirements and Skills:
– Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer in retail or healthcare business.
– Proficient in MS Office Organizational skills
– Good verbal and written communication skills
The candidates would be given preference who can join immediately and locally available in UAE,
