Job Position – HR Administrative Assistant
Company Name – Al Ahli Hospital
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and timekeeping.
• Assist with payroll and staff benefits.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Receiving, reviewing and preparing staff requests including preparation of letters for management approval.
• Processes monthly payroll and coordinates with Finance/Payroll department, ensuring all relevant data are processed in a timely manner.
Job Requirements & Responsibilities:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience as an HR executive or in any similar role.
• Knowledge of relevant HR policies and rules.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and timekeeping.
• Assist with payroll and staff benefits.
