A prestigious 5-star hotel resort dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled HR Administrator to lead our Human Resources department.
Job Responsibilities:
-Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance management.
-Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
-Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive workplace culture.
-Supervise training and development programs to enhance staff performance.
-Handle staff accommodations and welfare, ensuring a supportive work environment.
-Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals.
-Manage HR systems and payroll processing.
Requirements:
-Minimum 1 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably in hospitality.
-Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
-Proficiency in HR software is a plus.
-Excellent communication and leadership skills.
-Ability to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
-HR certification is a plus.
