Job Position – HR Administrator

Abu Alnaga Contracting is seeking a qualified HR Administrator to join its growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage HR documentation, employee records, and support various HR functions to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HR or administration (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks
Responsibilities:
• Manage employee records, HR documentation, and personnel databases
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation
• Coordinate leave management, attendance, and payroll data
• Support HR policies, performance management, and compliance
• Prepare reports, letters, and internal communications
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure HR operations run efficiently
