Job Position – HR Assistant

Responsibilities:
– Assist HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
– Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding processes.
– Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
– Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
– Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and other HR events.
– Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
– Support payroll processing and attendance tracking.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR processes.
– Perform general office duties and provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field.
– Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or administrative role.
– Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
– Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
