Job Position – HR Executive

– Lead end-to-end recruitment, focusing on attracting top talent within luxury travel, lifestyle, and related sectors.
– Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver the right talent swiftly.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and industry networks.
– Ensure all HR activities comply with UAE labor laws, including handling employee documentation, contracts, and records.
– Support onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
– Contribute to strengthening our employer brand within the luxury services industry.

Requirement
– Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within luxury travel, lifestyle management, or recruitment consultancy.
– Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to multitask and manage HR operations with strong attention to detail.
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
