Job Position – HR Executive
Company Name – Infracare Facilities Management
Responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, overseeing the recruitment lifecycle, and developing and implementing HR initiatives to foster diversity and inclusion within the organisation’s culture.
Qualification: Masters degree in human resource management.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a preference for candidates with experience in the FM or construction industry. Prior experience in managing unskilled labor force and proficiency in Hindi language is mandatory.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies to attract talent and maintain the quality of hires in line with business requirements in line with agreed SLAs.
• Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, etc.
• Develop good working relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and staffing firms while managing the recruitment lifecycle.
• Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruitment reports.
• Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications.
• Ensure accuracy in the preparation of employment contracts and all related new joiner documentation.
• Coordinate with the government relations team for visa processing.
• Actively participate in the planning and delivery of employee engagement initiatives.
• Be responsible for handling end-to-end insurance-related activities, including renewals, additions, deletions, liaising with insurance brokers, supporting invoice processing, insurance claims, etc., within stipulated dates.
• Support HRMS system enhancements and process automation.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and procedures.
• Promote employee welfare and support employee health and well-being.
