Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled HR Executive with 3-5 years of UAE experience and an MBA in Human Resources. This role involves overseeing payroll, onboarding, attendance, and leave management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, familiar with UAE labor laws, and adept at handling HR operations efficiently while supporting a positive and productive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Management
Process monthly payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
Maintain employee payroll records, including salary details, deductions, and other adjustments.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to payroll-related inquiries.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure all necessary resources are in place for new employees.
Oversee offboarding processes, including exit interviews, final settlements, and feedback collection.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor and maintain attendance records, ensuring accurate tracking of employee attendance.
Manage leave requests, including annual, sick, and special leaves, in line with UAE labor regulations.
Generate monthly attendance and leave reports for management review.
4. HR Administration
Update and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with UAE labor laws.
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Qualifications:
Education: MBA in Human Resources or related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant HR experience in the UAE.
Key Skills:
Payroll processing and reconciliation
Onboarding and employee lifecycle management
Attendance and leave administration
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred:
Previous experience working with UAE labor regulations.
Familiarity with HR systems used for payroll, attendance, and leave tracking.
