Job Position – HR Executive

HR Policy and Employee Relation
Experience: Minimum 5 years of UAE experience working in a reputable company
Job Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that support the company’s overall strategic objectives.
-HR Policies and procedures formation and implementation. Ensuring the organisation works and adheres to the UAE labour Law. keeping herself up to date with changes in UAE labour laws.
-Devising Company handbook.
-Develop and maintain effective employee relations programs, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
-Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards related to employment, health, and safety.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
-Handle employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies procedures, and benefits.
-Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and assist in recruitment as when required.
-Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
-Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management and provide suggestions to them about the company’s HR strategy.
