Experience: You’ve navigated UAE Labour Law, built onboarding flows, and built clear, compliant documentation.
-Architect and execute HR operations across onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle
-Draft and enforce legally sound documentation (contracts, warning letters, policy updates)
-Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal protocols
-Bridge communication between management and team with clarity and warmth
-Support manpower pooling and talent acquisition with velocity and discipline
-Elevate culture through branded, humanized HR communication
