Job Position – HR Manager

Salary: AED8,000 – AED10,000 a month

Job Description
This is an immediate requirement and the right candidate must fit in to following criteria :
– Minimum qualification should be Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or equivalent degree in any discipline
– Must have 7-10 years working experience as HR Manager in UAE.
– Should have hands on experience in handling MS Office and also HR Softwares.
– Must be capable of leading a team of HR executives & PRO personnel
– Should have thorough knowledge of Labor laws and HR rules and regulations for employees.
– Must have complete and updated knowledge of Immigration and Labor Laws, in order to supervise the PRO team in office
– Must be capable of handling new manpower requirements, starting from recruitment till joining of employee.
– Should be able to design Job descriptions for existing and new comer candidate.
– Must possess UAWE valid driving license
– This is an immediate placement, therefore we prefer to have candidates on cancelled or visit visas (with UAE experiences as described above).
– The selected candidate will be reporting directly to Managing Director of the Company therefore.
