Job Position – HR Manager

Redfox Autocare LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment and a deep understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
-Screen and interview candidates, assess their qualifications, and make hiring recommendations.
-Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and onboarding.
-Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
-Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
-Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
-Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
– Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
– Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
