Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
– Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
– Administer employee benefits, payroll, and performance management systems.
– Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive company culture.
– Handle employee relations, resolving conflicts and addressing concerns in a fair and effective manner.
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
– Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR-related matters.
– Assist in the development of training programs and professional development initiatives.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– Proven experience (3+ UAE years) as an HR Manager or similar role.
– Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
– Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite; experience with HR software.
