Job Position – HR Officer

Principal Accountabilities: –
-Develop a recruitment plan to meet manpower-planning requirements.
-Facilitate organization structuring and role clarity workshops.
-Implement, maintain and develop HR policies/ processes and ensure IT enablement.
-Commission employee satisfaction surveys, identify improvement areas and implement
engagement programs.
-Oversee and direct payroll, employee benefits and disbursals to employees.
-Create and maintain a conducive work environment that encourages employee excellence,
full participation and growth opportunities within the organization.
-Develop service standards & robust processes for HR Administrative activities performed.
-Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human
resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting in compliance.
Recruitment & Manpower Planning
-Creates a recruitment and manpower plan in line with the business goals and objectives.
-Identifies the vacancies and develop a succession plan to achieve it.
-Short list and interview candidates.
-Liaises with Government Relations officer on visa procedures.
Budgeting
-Assist the Head of HR in preparation of Employee Head Count & Departmental Budgets
-Maintaining and updating the employee head count budgets.
Organization & Work break down structures
-Develops and maintains the organization structures and advising changes.

Induction & SAP System
-Oversees and monitors the Induction programme.
-Create new positions on SAP and update system with respect to employee details.
-Enter new joiners and perform separation process for leavers.
-Prepares and print various reports as and when required
-Maintain and update job description as per the market trends.
Rewards & Recognition
-Organize and monitors the service awards for the employees.
-Liaise with other departments to procure organize the awards.
Staff Satisfaction Index
-Develops and maintains the inputs for the staff satisfaction survey.
DG Connect
-Provide updates on DG connect – new joiners & leavers
Colleagues Committee
-Oversee Spot Rewards
-Colleague Appreciation / Star Performers
Induction
-Ensures Colleagues are completed with new joiners awareness and HR Policies
-Inform HOD’s on the new arrivals
-Airport on boarding procedures
Organization & Work break down structures
-Develops and maintains the organization structures and advising changes.
-Spot Rewards
-Maintain and update job description as per the market trends
-Maintaining and updating the Job Description file, accordingly
-Ensures that system is regularly updated
-Coordinate with HOD in updating and signing the job description for any changes
-Ensures that new joiners are able to sign the job description and file accordingly.
Exit Interview Forms (EI)
-Conducting the Exit Interview
-Collecting the exit interview forms and making sure the documents is recorded
-Submitting the comments to Head of HR / SRHR
