Job Position – HR Officer
Company Name – AMSA Healthcare
Location : Dubai, UAE
With a minimum of 5 years of strong recruitment experience to join our team in Dubai. Recruitment will be the top priority, along with supporting a wide range of HR functions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, shortlisting, and onboarding.
-Develop strategic recruitment plans to attract top healthcare and non-healthcare talent.
-Build a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, networking, and referral programs.
-Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
-Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
-Support payroll, attendance tracking, and leave management.
-Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure compliance with UAE labour laws.
-Support employee relations, resolving day-to-day queries and assisting in conflict resolution.
-Contribute to performance management, probation evaluations, and appraisal coordination.
-Coordinate training & development activities and employee engagement initiatives.
-Support HR audits, compliance tasks, and internal process improvements.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
-Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with strong, proven expertise in recruitment.
-Good understanding of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
-Languages: Good communication in English and Hindi preferred ( other languages will be an added advantage)
