Key Requirements:
– Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
– Proven experience in an HR role (experience in the education sector is an advantage)
– Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, and UAE Labour Law
– Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
