Requirements:
– 5+ years of UAE experience in HR roles
– Optimizing & managing HR activities, good negotiation skills and knowledge of labor laws and HR functions (pay & benefits, training & development, employee engagement etc)
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Ability to manage recruitment, onboarding & induction, employee relations, payroll , HRIS and HR operations.
