Job Position – HR Officer
Company Name – Infinity Management
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee and execute daily HR operational tasks, including employee records management, contract preparation, and HR documentation
– Ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs and attendance tracking
– Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including inductions and exit formalities
– Maintain and update the HRIS database with employee information and documentation
– Ensure visa and work permit is done on time.
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
– Assist with audit preparation and reporting of HR metrics
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure HR operations align with organizational goals
– Handle employee queries related to policies, benefits, and other HR matters
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
– 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role
– Strong understanding of HR processes and labor law compliance
– Experience using HRIS or HR software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho, etc.)
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information professionally
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
