Job Position – HR & Operations Manager
Company Name – The Group Vintage
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in HR or Hospitality. 12-15 years of HR experience, with 5-7 years in UAE – hospitality. Strong knowledge of UAE labor and hotel regulations.
– Professional, organized, and adept at multitasking. – Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. on seasonal needs. Create and maintain an HR Dashboard for reporting. Implement retention programs, including bonuses.
– Proven experience in employee engagement and retention. – Familiarity with HR software and systems.
Responsibilities:
– Develop hiring plans for all hotel departments based
– Monitor employee schedules, attendance, and overtime. Assess, screen, and interview job candidates.
– Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
-Organize training programs for staff. Serve as an employee liaison. Coordinate accommodation and logistics when required.
– Administer compensation, benefits, and compliance.
– Ensure staff adheres to safety and health rules. Manage employee records and work permits.
Assist with employee programs and events.
