Job Position – HR Recruiter
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 6,000
Min Exp: 2 Years
As a key member of our HR team, we are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in talent acquisition. You will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
– Source, attract, and select top talent for various roles
– Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners
– Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
– Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvement.
Requirements:
– 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the UAE
– Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies
– Ready to join immediately
