Job Position – Call Center Agent

Location: Dubai
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 8,000 per month (depending on experience)
Performance Incentives: Average monthly earnings of AED 1,500 – AED 5,000 based on KPIs.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, promote automotive products and services, and qualify leads.
Schedule test drives, showroom visits, and service appointments while identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
Maintain accurate CRM records, track customer interactions, and achieve daily and monthly KPIs for calls, conversions, and bookings.
Collaborate with sales and service teams, participate in product training, and stay up to date on vehicle inventory, promotions, and service offerings.
Requirements:
Previous experience in outbound calling, telesales, or a customer service role; automotive industry experience is an advantage.
Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Proficient in using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
