Key Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a range of roles, focusing on real estate positions.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet our expansion goals.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Support onboarding and ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in real estate or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
