Lead full?cycle recruitment
Source talent via LinkedIn & job portals
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates
Coordinate with hiring managers
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
What You Bring
Recruitment experience (agency or in?house)
Strong communication & people skills
Target?driven mindset
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter tools is a plus
