Job Position – HR Recruiter

Looking for a passionate and talented HR Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience hiring both white-collar and blue-collar positions across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
– Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for all levels of staff
– Source candidates through Naukri Gulf, Indeed, LinkedIn, Dubizzle, and other recruitment platforms
– Conduct screening calls, shortlist profiles, and coordinate interview schedules
– Maintain candidate pipelines, interview trackers, and recruitment dashboards
– Support bulk hiring for blue-collar categories
– Prepare job descriptions, job posts & recruitment reports
– Coordinate onboarding, document collection, and joining formalities
– Build strong relationships with agencies, manpower suppliers & internal departments
– Ensure recruitment is aligned with company growth and manpower planning
Requirements
– Strong hiring experience in white-collar roles (Engineers, Supervisors, Admin, HR, Finance, Architects, etc.)
– Experience in blue-collar recruitment (technicians, helpers, welders, fabricators, drivers, etc.)
– Excellent communication & coordination skills
– Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment tools
– Ability to join immediately preferred
