What You’ll Do:
– Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
– Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements
– Create and post compelling job ads across various platforms
– Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing
– Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance with hiring policies
– Maintain and update the ATS and recruitment reports
What We’re Looking For:
– Own Visa Candidates
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
– 2+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
– A results-driven, organized, and people-focused mindset
