Job Position – HSE Engineer

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Experience Required: Minimum 12 Years
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: 11,000-13,000 AED + Visa +Insurance and Yearly Ticket(annual leave)
Key Responsibilities:
-Implement and monitor the project HSE Plan in line with ADOSH and company policies
-Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations (OSHAD, ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
-Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits across construction sites
-Lead incident/accident investigations and prepare reports with corrective actions
-Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training to site teams
-Monitor and enforce Permit to Work (PTW) systems and emergency procedures
-Liaise with client and regulatory bodies on all HSE matters
-Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure continuous improvement in safety performance
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
-Minimum 12 years of HSE experience in building/construction projects
-Valid ADOSH Certificate (mandatory)
-NEBOSH IGC or equivalent (preferred)
-In-depth knowledge of UAE HSE laws and regulations
-Strong communication, leadership, and report-writing skills
-Previous experience on high-rise buildings, infrastructure, or residential complexes
