Job Position – HSE Manager

Requirements (as per Aldar Competency Guidelines):
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of HSE experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Professional certifications: NEBOSH International Diploma (or equivalent), ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 qualifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHAD requirements and Aldar’s HSE standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with Aldar OSH Competency Guidelines, OSHAD, and UAE regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Investigate incidents/accidents and provide corrective and preventive action plans.
• Deliver HSE training and awareness programs to enhance safety culture across the project.
• Liaise with Aldar representatives, consultants, and government authorities on HSE matters.
