Valid UAE Driving License
Location : Abu Dhabi
Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards in the oil and gas industry.
• Valid UAE driving License is required
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and safety management systems
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to HSE laws, regulations, and company policies.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess compliance with HSE standards on the site.
Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for identified hazards.
Monitor and evaluate HSE performance and recommend improvements.
Deliver HSE training programs for employees and contractors.
Promote HSE awareness through workshops, meetings, and safety briefings.
Lead investigations of incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
Prepare detailed reports and follow up on corrective actions.
Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
Conduct drills and simulations to ensure readiness for emergency situations.
Maintain accurate records of HSE activities, incidents, and training.
Prepare and submit regular HSE reports to management.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate HSE practices into operational activities.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders as required.
