Job Position – Recruiter
Company Name – Richmind
Hiring someone with a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a real estate brokerage or recruitment agency/company, with strong experience in sourcing and hiring sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on experience, skills, and role requirements.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with management.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified real estate professionals.
Handle recruitment for Sales, Property Consultants, and Real Estate Brokers.
Maintain recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates.
Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
Experience in real estate brokerage recruitment or a recruitment company/agency is highly preferred.
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
Experience recruiting real estate sales professionals is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms is an advantage.
Candidates currently based in the UAE/Dubai are preferred.
