Job Summary

The HR Coordinator would be responsible for creating letters, managing data and updating employee information.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provides HR services to GMG employees and serves as a point of contact for HR activities and tasks related to letter issuance, personal data update etc.
  • Prepares employee related letters like employment certificates, salary certificates, bank letters, review letters, promotion letters, transfer letters etc. in a timely and accurate manner
  • Responds to employee enquiries in a timely manner to deliver a high standard of internal customer service
  • Maintains and updates employee records, including personnel status updates
  • Responds to employee queries and requests with regard to employee letters, HR policies as necessary
  • Contribute as a HR team member to develop and/or enhance policies, procedures and systems to support HR best practice

Requirements:

  • Must be a native Arabic speaker
  • Min of 2 years experience in a similar role in UAE.
