Job Position – Human Resources Manager
Company Name – Ska Arabia
Location: JLT, Dubai
Reports To: Senior VP – Director HR & Admin
To lead and manage the day-to-day operations of Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, compliance, employee relations, training and development, and HR policy implementation. This role is both strategic and hands-on, supporting a high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
· Oversee the full recruitment and onboarding cycle to attract and retain top talent.
· Lead performance management and employee evaluation processes.
· Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs in compliance with policies.
· Support current and future business needs through the development and engagement of human capital.
· Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR laws and regulations.
· Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
· Foster a positive work environment and maintain employee satisfaction.
· Manage HR reporting, analytics, and HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
· Plan and execute training and development programs.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
· 10+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
· Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Experience with HRIS and MS Office tools.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
