Job Position – ICT Project Managers

Preferred Exposure: UAE/GCC Government Projects & Global Projects
Key Requirements:
-6+ years of relevant ICT Project / Program Management experience – mandatory
-Proven background working with a System Integrator (SI)
-End-to-end ownership of complex ICT projects covering planning, implementation, integration, transition, and delivery
-Experience managing multi-vendor and multi-technology environments across Infrastructure, Cloud, Networks, Cybersecurity, Data Centres, Applications, Digital Workplace, etc.
-Good understanding of Project Service Delivery, ITSM, and ITIL processes
-Experience managing SLAs/KPIs, risks, incidents, dependencies, change, governance, and service transition
-Strong client-facing and senior stakeholder management experience
-Ability to lead cross-functional and geographically distributed/global teams
-Experience managing large budgets, project timelines, resources, vendors, and complex dependencies
-Strong exposure to technical governance authority, accountability, executive reporting, steering committees, and project documentation
Preferred Certifications: PMP | PRINCE2 | PgMP | PfMP | ITIL Foundation / ITIL 4 | Agile | Scrum | SAFe | Relevant Cloud / Infrastructure / ICT certifications
Highly Preferred: Candidates with experience delivering large-scale ICT transformation or system integration projects for UAE/GCC government or major enterprise clients.
