Job Position – Income Auditor

We’re on the hunt for a sharp-eyed Income Auditor-someone who can translate revenue data into clear insights and help keep our financial heartbeat steady.
The ideal candidate must have their own car for site visits and inter-branch audits.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct daily audits of revenue transactions across all outlets to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
– Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies and investigate variances in income related accounts.
– Reviewing Budget and pre system figures for MTD/last Year previous month and current month
– Prepare and distribute daily, weekly and monthly financial reports for management review.
– Reconcile income accounts and verify the accuracy of cash receipts, credit card transactions and the other payment methods.
– Preparation and Monitoring Credit card Refund Control report and bank report and submitting it to respective outlets.
– Collaborate with various outlets to resolve discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
– Assist in development and implementation of internal controls to prevent fraud and errors.
– Stay up-to date with the accounting standards, tax regulations and industry practices.
– Reconciliation of service charge and Municipality Fees break down.
– Participate in month-end closing procedures and support external audits as needed.
– Maintaining City ledger accounts (Debits and Credits).
– Checking deposit Amount for Events and advance bookings through BEO.
– Own car required for site visits and
inter-branch audits.
