Job Position – Information Technology Administrator
Company Name – CARMA
To Install and configure software, hardware and networks. To Monitor the system performance and troubleshooting issues and to ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Administer servers, laptop and desktop, computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, company mobile phones, software deployment, security updates and patches
Analyze, maintain and implement LAN/WAN equipment and networks
Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking software, thus ensuring daily monitoring and completion of scheduled jobs
Update the inventory database of all IT equipment and software licenses
Report issues to the global IT team for escalation
Provide employees with IT equipment, emails accounts for new joiners, internal transfers and/or leavers, by setting up employee profiles, passwords, etc.
Respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions
Conduct regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusion (e.g. hackings, etc.)
Research and recommend innovative, and when applicable, automated approach for the system
Comply with CARMA policies and procedures and support CARMA mission and vision.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager

Strong knowledge in Microsoft (MS) products
Good command of English.
Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
Education
BA/BS or Technical Levelin Computer Science,CCE or any relevantfield Relevant Microsoft Certification is preferred.
Experience
Help Desk experience.
Experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
Experience with networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
