One of the top leading Multinational Firms based in Abu Dhabi is Hiring to recruit an Internal Recruiter for a yearly contract.

Position: Internal Recruiter
Salary: AED 15,000-18,000
Contract Duration: 12 months
Airfare: After the completion of 12 months
Working Days: 5 days a week
Working Hours: 9 hours plus a 1-hour lunch break
Location: Abu Dhabi

Responsibilities

Hiring for someone who has experience in international recruiting, managing social media platforms, working with different levels of stakeholders, etc. Also, someone who likes to be part of the HR team and can support HR admin tasks on daily basis.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:
• A minimum of 3-4 years of recruitment experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Proven working experience as an Internal Recruiter
• People-oriented and results-driven
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
