Job Position – Inventory Clerk

Qualification:
– Graduate with experience in inventory and costing. – Knowledge of SAP and costing principles preferred. CA/CMA inter is a plus
– Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, SAP (MM/WM/PP modules)
Role Summary:
Seeking an experienced Inventory Clerk to manage and monitor inventory processes, ensuring accuracy in stock levels and smooth coordination across departments. The role demands strong analytical abilities, SAP proficiency, and hands-on experience in inventory and cost flow mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and execute regular inventory counts and stock audits
– Analyze stock discrepancies and coordinate resolutions across departments
– Support stock movement, aging stock clearance, and inter-unit transfers
– Collaborate with Sales, QC, Accounts, and Production for inventory alignment
– Ensure compliance with SOPs and assist in process improvements
– Monitor production orders and manage cost allocation
Requirements:
– Proficient in SAP (MM/WM/PP modules) and advanced Excel
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
– Excellent communication and coordination capabilities
