Job Position – IT Asset Officer

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle
• Maintain records of hardware and software assets
• Coordinate asset procurement, allocation, and disposal
• Ensure compliance with licensing and company policies
• Collaborate with IT support and procurement teams
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, ManageEngine)
• Good understanding of hardware, software, and licensing
• Strong Excel and documentation skills
• ITIL knowledge/certification is a plus
