Job Position – IT Assistant
Company Name – Aspire Manpower Services

Head Office
Location: Abu Dhabi
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years
Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 (depending on experience)
Reporting to: Assistant Manager – IT Infrastructure
Key Responsibilities
-Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software (routers, switches, firewalls, servers).
-Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
-Implement and enforce network security policies and procedures.
-Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
-Ensure operating systems and applications are regularly updated and patched.
-Provide efficient technical support to internal users.
-Recommend and implement system upgrades and improvements.
-Maintain accurate documentation of system and network configurations.
**Qualifications & Skills**
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
-Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT/network administration.
-Strong knowledge of Windows Server / Linux, Active Directory, and TCP/IP networking.
-Experience with firewalls, routers, switches, and IDS/IPS systems.
-Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or MCSA are a plus.
-Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Additional Requirements
-Male candidates only.
-Must hold own visa or be under family sponsorship.
-Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi.
-Must be available to join immediately.
