Job Position – IT Business Continuity Manager

Location :Abu Dhabi
– Develop and implement a business continuity management framework and methodology.
– Conduct business impact analyses (BIA) to identify critical business functions and processes, their recovery priorities, and required resources.
– Perform risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities that could impact business operations.
– Develop and maintain business continuity plans (BCP) and disaster recovery plans (DRP) that address the identified risks and ensure operational resilience.
– Develop and coordinate testing strategies, including tabletop exercises, simulation exercises, and full-scale drills.
– Conduct regular testing of business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure they are effective and up-to-date.
– Develop and deliver training programs to increase awareness and understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery processes among employees.
– Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging threats related to business continuity and disaster recovery.
– Continuously evaluate and improve the business continuity program to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the organization.
