Job Position – IT Engineer
Company Name – Techss
With Education Sector Experience to join client based in Dubai for a 6 months contract.
Candidate should be in the UAE and immediately available.
Salary :AED 6500 per month
Responsibilities
-Provide daily IT support, troubleshooting hardware software and network issues reported to Helpdesk.
-Administer and support macOS and iOS devices using JAMF for deployment, configuration, security, and compliance.
-Install, configure and maintain Servers, computer peripherals, IT hardware and software.
-Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords for staff and students
-Monitor and Maintain Network devices such as Wi-Fi controllers and Access Points, Switches, LAN and WAN connectivity.
-Provide NWEA MAP and IBT Exam support (Online Exam)
-Coordinate vendor management activities, including opening service calls, tracking SLAs, reviewing quotations, arranging repairs/replacements, and following up until resolution.
-Manage and troubleshoot print servers, printers, and print policies.
-Support the deployment and adoption of new applications and technologies across the school
-Maintain Technical documentation and internal knowledgebase as per Company’s I.T. Policies.
-Work together with three school’s I.T. Team. Support and train I.T. Team members.
Skills and Requirements
NWEA MAP Exam knowledge will be an added advantage
