Job Position – Operations Manager

To lead our team and elevate the patient experience at EDEN AESTHETICS, a premium medical aesthetics and longevity clinic in Dubai.
This is a leadership position for an experienced professional with a strong background in Dubai’s premium aesthetic clinic sector.
What we’re looking for:
-Proven Dubai aesthetic clinic experience – Extensive experience in an operational or managerial role within an established aesthetic clinic. Mandatory.
-International luxury service standards – A sophisticated understanding of premium patient care, VIP expectations, and personalized service for an international clientele.
-Exceptional people leadership – The ability to inspire, motivate, develop, and manage a multicultural team while maintaining high performance standards.
-Recruitment & talent development – Strong experience in selecting, training, coaching, and retaining high-performing professionals.
-Operational excellence – A proven ability to improve clinic workflows, resolve challenges, strengthen accountability, and deliver measurable results.
-Outstanding communication – Fluent, professional English is essential. Russian language proficiency is a strong advantage. Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and a polished, confident communication style are expected.
