Education: A degree in Information Technology + Certifications
Travelling required across KSA

Job Role & Responsibilities:

· Hands-on technical experience in Installation, troubleshooting, HW / SW upgrade of Desktop / Laptop.
· L1 technical Troubleshooting experience of all Infrastructure issues related to Server, Network, Desktop / Laptop, and servers.
· Experience in POS Machine setup, HW upgrade (RAM and HD) and SW upgrade (from Windows 7 to 10).
· New store setups such as installation of Servers, POS systems, Backoffice PCs, Access points, other infrastructure devices and MDM device configurations.
· Minimum 2 years of work experience in KSA.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Flexible to travel across all the cities in KSA (Valid Saudi driving license preferred).
