Job Position – IT Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day IT operations of the hotel.
Provide technical support to hotel colleagues and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Maintain IT security, user access, backups, antivirus, and system compliance.
Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and system inventories.
Provide IT support during the hotel pre-opening and opening phases.
Candidate Profile:-
Previous IT experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Good knowledge of Windows, hardware, Wi-Fi, printers, and IT troubleshooting.
Experience with hotel IT systems such as PMS, POS and guest Wi-Fi will be an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience in a hotel pre-opening project is an added advantage.
