Job Position – IT Field Engineer

Company Name – Halian

Location: Ajman, Al Ain & Abu Dhabi

Immediate joiners preferred (must already be based in UAE)

Experience Required:
– Valid UAE Driving License + own car is a must
– BSc. degree in Information Technology or related technical field
– Minimum 3 years of experience in OS support and end?user troubleshooting
– Strong customer service focus with problem?solving and innovation skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Extensive Office 365 experience (administration exposure preferred)
– Experience with ITSM tools (Remedy, ManageEngine, ServiceDesk, Ivanti, etc.)
– Good understanding of networks
