Job Position – IT Help Desk Specialist
Company Name – Octa Tech
Location – Dubai
Responsibilities:
– Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person.
– Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
– Log all support interactions and document solutions in the help desk ticketing system.
– Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT personnel for resolution.
– Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.
– Assist with user account management, including account creation, password resets, and permissions management.
– Conduct user training and provide guidance on using IT systems and applications.
– Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
– Collaborate with other IT team members to improve systems and processes.
Requirements: –
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
– 2 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support.
– Fluent in English
– Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
– Candidates must be currently based in the UAE.
