Job Position – IT Helpdesk Analyst

Role :
– Provide Level-1 & Level-2 IT Helpdesk support for enterprise users
– Handle hardware issues: PCs, laptops, peripherals & network devices
– Support system software, desktop OS, and related IT services
– Troubleshoot application software including Finance, HR, Maintenance & ERP systems
– Manage operational issues such as job scheduling, data restoration & security incidents
– Log, track & close Service and Change Requests via IT Service Desk tools
– Ensure end-user satisfaction through timely and effective issue resolution
– Maintain and upgrade Helpdesk systems; generate reports & performance metrics
– Conduct onsite user visits for complex hardware, software & system issues
– Plan and coordinate deployment of PCs, laptops, networks & IT client hardware
– Analyze issues, route tickets to appropriate teams & follow up for resolution
– Maintain historical problem database for trend analysis & continuous improvement
– Prepare monthly Helpdesk and management performance reports
– Coordinate with vendors for warranty repairs, replacements & equipment servicing
– Ensure HSE compliance and support training & development of UAE National Develops
