Job Position – IT Helpdesk & Document Control Specialist

The IT Helpdesk & Document Control Specialist supports IT infrastructure, manages documentation, and ensures ISO compliance. This role combines technical support with strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
– Provide IT helpdesk support for hardware, software, and network issues.
– Set up and maintain computers, printers, and user accounts.
– Manage and maintain electronic and paper documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
– Support ISO management systems, conduct audits, and provide staff training.
– Oversee procurement, installation, and compliance of IT hardware/software.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Business, or equivalent experience.
– Experience in IT helpdesk, document control, and ISO compliance preferred.
– Strong knowledge of IT systems and ISO standards.
– Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
